LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Ingham County Prosecutor’s Workplace has charged a person and lady from Lansing with the Sunday killing of 58-year-old Marvin Excessive Jr.
The prosecutor’s workplace says they charged Ross Coats, 34, and Nicole Blowers, 32, with open homicide and weapons expenses. Police arrested each on Tuesday.
The Lansing Police Division was known as out for photographs fired at round 5:40 p.m. Sunday close to the Bardaville Residences on the north aspect of Lansing.
Each suspects have been “involved in an argument with the 58-year-old victim over money owed to the female suspect,” Lansing Police advised 6 Information Wednesday. “During the confrontation, the male suspect produced a firearm and fired multiple rounds at the victim. Both suspects left the scene on a motorcycle.”

Each Coats and Blowers have been charged with the next felonies:
Murder – open homicide
Carrying a hid weapon
Carrying a weapon with illegal intent
Felony firearm as to 2nd diploma homicide
Felony firearm as to carrying a weapon with illegal intent
Coats and Blowers have been arraigned Wednesday in 54-A District Court docket and are scheduled to be again in courtroom on June 26.
The choose denied bond for Coats and set a $70,000 money/surety bond for Blowers.
