5 folks wounded in Amsterdam stabbing, police say

5 folks have been stabbed close to Amsterdam’s central Dam Sq., Dutch police have stated.

A suspect, who was additionally wounded within the incident, has been arrested.

“The suspect was overpowered with the help of a citizen… As his leg was injured, he was taken to a hospital,” police stated on X.
