Two brothers who have been convicted of killing their dad and mom and featured in Netflix reveals may very well be freed early after 34 years behind bars.

Lyle Menendez, 56, and his 53-year-old brother Erik are serving life in jail with out parole for the shotgun murders of their father and mom – Jose and Kitty Menendez – in 1989.

He mentioned he would suggest that their life sentences be eliminated and changed with a sentence of fifty years to life, however that they might be eligible for parole as a result of they have been underneath 26 years outdated on the time of the murders.

“I believe they have paid their debt to society,” Mr Gascon mentioned.
