thirty fourth annual 'Empty Bowls' occasion raises cash, consciousness for starvation

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – Higher Lansing Meals Financial institution will host its thirty fourth annual Empty Bowls occasion on Friday, November 1.

The lunch is from 11 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. at Edmund’s (previously Arcadia Smokehouse) – 2101 E. Michigan Avenue, Lansing. You should purchase tickets on-line or on the door.

Every visitor will obtain a handcrafted bowl, because of the Higher Lansing Potters’ Guild and Clayworks. They’ll eat a soup lunch to represent how even humble meals can have transformative impacts when shared with pals and neighbors.
