LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A 28-year-old man from Michigan was arrested on the U.S. Capitol Customer Heart Tuesday afternoon for carrying a torch, flare gun, and paperwork police describe as a “manifesto” that talked about “the war in the Middle East,” The Hill stories.
