Simply days after a decide granted closing approval to a slew of settlements within the Gibson fee lawsuit, 4 extra corporations have revealed that they, too, are settling the case.

The settlements contain NextHome, the Keyes Firm, John L. Scott Actual Property Associates and The Okay Firm Realty, the latter of which does enterprise as “LoKation.” The offers have been described in courtroom paperwork filed Monday, with the paperwork saying the agreements are “substantially similar to those reached with the nine previous Gibson settling defendants.”

The remark is a reference to settlements involving Compass, Douglas Elliman, Redfin and different corporations. These settlements — which complete $110 million — acquired preliminary approval in April, adopted by closing approval final week.
