LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Lansing College District (LSD) delivered meals to round 500 properties as part of Pathway to the Vacation meals giveaway at present.
LSD volunteers met on the Hill Heart and packaged all of the important components to cook dinner a conventional Thanksgiving dinner, together with a turkey and different vacation sides.
“It is a fantastic day. We’re simply so grateful to have such unbelievable workers and volunteers which are prepared to do that on a Saturday,” stated Ben Shuldiner, Superintendent of Lansing Public Faculties.
SodexoMAGIC, the district`s meals supplier, ABM, Dean Transportation, and the Lansing Faculties Training Affiliation (LSEA) labored in collaboration to make Pathway to the Vacation doable.
