GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — An 18-year-old from northern Michigan faces a number of legal prices together with tried homicide for allegedly burning down the house of his ex’s household.

“A couple hours later the same juvenile woke up everyone in the home stating the house was on fire,” the sheriff’s workplace stated in a information launch. “While getting out of the burning home, a suspect was seen running away from the home.”

After speaking to deputies with the Antrim County Sheriff’s Workplace, a former boyfriend of one of many residence’s occupants was taken in for questioning. That suspect, 18-year-old Cameron Spencer, was ultimately arrested.

Spencer was arraigned Tuesday on eight felony counts: 4 counts of tried homicide, one rely of second-degree arson, one rely of first-degree residence invasion and two counts of malicious destruction of property.
