Ingham County Sheriff’s Workplace points rip-off alert

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Ingham County Sheriff’s Workplace (ISCO) has issued an alert notifying the general public about scammers impersonating county employees.

ISCO says they’ve acquired experiences of scammers all throughout the county claiming to be Sgt. Doyle, Sgt. Jackson or Sgt. Doerr from the Sherrif’s Workplace. Scammers have additionally claimed to be Choose Stokes.

All of those folks work for the county, however none will make a lot of these cellphone calls.

Lansing police concern rip-off alert
