LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Two individuals are lifeless and a 3rd is in custody in an incident Blackman-Leoni Township Public Security is asking a double murder.

Officers from the division say officers have been dispatched to a residence within the 6900 block of Welch Lake Rd. Saturday shortly earlier than 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2024, on a welfare test. On arrival, officers discovered an individual within the driveway. Officers say the deceased are a 57-year-old male, together with a 70-year-old feminine.
