15-year-old arrested for taking pictures one other teen in Jackson

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A 15-year-old boy is suspected of taking pictures one other teenager on the north facet of Jackson early Saturday morning.

The Jackson Police Division says officers responded to the 200 block of Blair Park Dr. at round 1:58 a.m. Saturday morning for a taking pictures at an condominium constructing.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a 17-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. An ambulance took him to Henry Ford Jackson Hospital the place he underwent surgical procedure. Police say he’s in steady situation.

In a while Saturday, police recognized a 15-year-old boy because the suspected shooter, studying he was presumably within the Lansing space.

Regulation enforcement pulled over a automobile and located the suspect inside. He was arrested and brought to the Jackson County Youth Middle pending formal expenses from the county prosecutor.
