GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Michigan State Police say two key items of know-how helped catch seven suspects accused of stealing a automotive over the weekend.

Troopers had been notified Saturday night time after a license plate reader in Detroit picked up the plate of a car that was reported stolen. One workforce discovered the car from the bottom whereas a workforce in a helicopter monitored issues from above.

Video reveals the suspects pour out of the automotive, run by means of a yard and enter a house. Ultimately, all seven suspects had been positioned and detained by floor models. The stolen car and a firearm had been recovered.

First Lieutenant Mike Shaw mentioned its not each day that you simply nab seven suspects from one stolen car.
