Whitmer declares new artwork contest for Okay-12 college students

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Calling all artwork college students!

Governor Gretchen Whitmer introduces an artwork contest for the 2025 State of Michigan program cowl. College students in Okay-12 are requested to provide you with a inventive design with the theme ‘Suppose Michigan.’

College students are requested to be as inventive as potential! Artwork provides embody crayons, markers, paint, or every other supplies.

“Michigan is on the move as we continue working together to create good-paying jobs, fix our roads, and invest in our students and schools,” stated Governor Whitmer.

“The proposals I will share in this year’s State of the State address will reflect our progress and focus on the future of Michigan. That’s why I’m challenging our youngest Michiganders to get involved and ‘Think Michigan’ by creating a design for the cover of the State of the State program. I can’t wait to see what you create!” 

College students ought to submit their drawings by Friday, February 14, at 11:59 p.m.
