Semi-truck strikes Shiawassee cruiser on I-69

Semi-truck strikes Shiawassee cruiser on I-69

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A semi-truck crashed right into a Shiawassee County Sheriff’s Workplace (Workplace) cruiser early this morning.

The Shiawasse County Sheriff’s Workplace reviews in a submit made to Fb that the crash occurred on westbound 1-69 simply east of Morrice shortly after midnight.

A deputy shut down the left lane of the freeway as a result of a automobile was lacking a wheel and was struck on the highway.

The Workplace says a semi-truck was touring too quick and failed to maneuver over. The semi-truck “jackknifed” immediately into the deputy’s cruiser.

The deputy, who was standing exterior his cruiser on the time of the crash, jumped to security over the cable barrier. The deputy walked away with none accidents.

The Workplace doesn’t point out some other accidents within the submit.
