Virgin Media is working to repair a difficulty that has left many purchasers unable to get on-line.
The telecoms large stated on Monday it was conscious of “intermittent issues” with its providers and apologised to clients, including it was working to unravel the problem as a “priority”.
The corporate has not confirmed what has triggered the problem.
