Man extradited to Michigan, charged with sexual assault

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — James Carter, 62, was extradited to Michigan and arraigned Friday on a number of fees stemming from accusations that he sexually assaulted a minor and accosted her and one other sufferer for immoral functions in 2008.

He was initially charged in Hillsdale County in August 2011.

Carter previously resided in Prescott, positioned in Ogemaw County, however most lately resided in Georgia.
