Michigan State falls to Auburn within the Elite Eight

ATLANTA, GA. (WLNS) – A stable season for Michigan State ends with a loss to Auburn within the Elite Eight. 

The Spartans fell to the Tigers 64-70 on Sunday in Atlanta and ended the season with a 30-7 report and a Massive Ten championship.

In what was mainly a house sport for Auburn, Michigan State bought off to a gradual begin and located themselves down as a lot as 15 within the first half. 

Auburn used a 17-0 run to construct a 23-8 lead and put MSU down by double digits within the first half for the third straight sport within the NCAA Event. 

The Spartans bought inside 5 factors within the first half however trailed 33-24 at halftime. 

Auburn first-team all-American Johni Broome had 17 factors and 11 rebounds within the first half.
