LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Michigan Gaming Management Board (MGCB) has despatched cease-and-desist letters to 13 unlawful offshore playing web sites.

The MGCB says the unlawful offshore web sites operated with out correct state licenses and unlawfully focused Michganders.
