LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — At-Giant Lansing Metropolis Council member Peter Spadafore says arrests have been made following a road racing crash that injured 13 individuals, together with a baby.

Spadafore says he has met with Mayor Andy Schor and mentioned methods to crack down on reckless driving in Lansing.

He says they’re working to extend patrols and are utilizing, “every tool available to prevent future tragedies.”

“My heart breaks for the lives lost and for all those impacted. We cannot accept this kind of senseless loss in our community. We owe it to the victims and their families to act boldly and urgently to make our streets safer,” stated Spadafore on Fb.
