LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Michigan Lawyer Basic Dana Nessel urges northern Michigan residents to be careful for value gouging and misleading enterprise practices amid the latest ice storm.

Nessel notes that some corporations may exploit the emergency by inflating costs or participating in unfair enterprise practices.
