LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Lansing police have shut down MLK Jr. Blvd. close to the scene of a current lethal crash involving road racing.

A 6 Information crew on the scene Friday morning can see an SUV with a wrecked bike below the entrance of the car. Right now, police say they’ve MLK closed at Mary Ave., however haven’t confirmed any details about this crash.

It was two weeks in the past when a Friday night time road race on MLK resulted in a crash one block from Mary Ave. in a big crash involving 5 autos. In all, one individual was killed and 12 others injured in that crash.
