Pinckney Police nonetheless looking for suspects related to auto theft ring

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Village of Pinckney Police Division has arrested three suspects and is looking for three extra related to an auto theft ring.

Police report that officers responded to a suspicious state of affairs on the Pinckney Chrysler dealership at 5:30 a.m. in March 2024.

Officers arrived to seek out automobiles rushing out of the car parking zone off Kirkland Ct.

One of many automobiles was stopped, and police arrested one of many theft suspects.

Hamburg PD, Michigan State Police, and Brighton PD joined the pursuit of the opposite stolen automobiles.

Two different drivers concerned within the theft have been arrested.

Pinckney Police report that this theft changed into a year-long investigation that uncovered a statewide auto theft ring.

The Livingston County Prosecutor’s workplace has charged these arrested and issued costs for different suspects who could also be related.
