LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Michigan State Police (MSP) shot and killed a person and injured a lady throughout a drug raid earlier this morning.
MSP confirmed in an X publish that the Flint Space Narcotics Group (FANG) served a search warrant for “narcotics” at a residence within the 9000 block of River Grove Rd. in Montrose Township at round 5:30 a.m.
Whereas serving the warrant, troopers had been confronted by a 37-year-old man armed with a shotgun.
Police say the person refused to drop the gun and was shot by a trooper. The person died from his accidents.
No troopers had been injured throughout the confrontation.
A 47-year-old girl was additionally shot by the trooper and sustained non-life-threatening accidents.
She was transported to the hospital and is predicted to get better.
Two different males had been arrested, and a juvenile was detained. These folks had been injured throughout the confrontation.
