Second man charged over fires at properties and automobile linked to Sir Keir Starmer

A second man has been charged in reference to a sequence of fires linked to Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.

Romanian nationwide Stanislav Carpiuc is accused of arson with intent to hazard life, the Metropolitan Police stated.

He has been charged with conspiring along with Roman Lavrynovych, 21, and others unknown to break by fireplace property belonging to a different, intending to break the property, and meaning to endanger the lifetime of one other or being reckless as as to if the lifetime of one other would thereby be endangered.
