Livingston County Sheriff's Workplace releases video of stolen automobile pursuit

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Livingston County Sheriff’s Workplace shared a video on social media of a stolen car chase that occurred final Thursday in Fenton.

The video begins on southbound US-23 in direction of Hartland. The stolen automobile, a gray sedan, cruises previous the White Lake Rd exit.

The sedan exits US-23 at M-59 and passes a number of stopped automobiles ready to show proper.

He has been recognized as Jeremy Nelson, a 42-year-old from Ypsilanti. Nelson was arraigned on June thirteenth, 2025, on fees of fleeing and eluding police and receiving and concealing a stolen motorized vehicle.

He stays jailed on a $100,000 money surety bond together with a Michigan Division of Corrections Parole Detainer.

The driving force of the pickup truck was transported to the College of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor as a precautionary measure. He reported no important accidents, in response to police.

The Metropolis of Fenton Police Division assisted through the chase.
