Michigan grants .5M to organizations stopping veteran homelessness

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Michigan Veterans Affairs Company (MVAA) has granted $1.5 million to 6 nonprofits throughout the state to assist stop veteran homelessness.

These funds got as a part of the Michigan Veteran Homelessness Prevention Grant (MiVHPG).

The MiVHPG offers monetary help to in-state nonprofits that serve veterans and their households going through homelessness.
