Crews work to switch storm sewer pipe in Webberville

Crews work to switch storm sewer pipe in Webberville

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Building crews in Webberville are working to switch deteriorating storm sewer pipes, which brought on a sinkhole.

The sewer pipe is positioned alongside the north facet of W. Grand River Highway, simply west of Elm Highway to Summit Avenue.

The Ingham County Drain Commissioner experiences the work is anticipated to be accomplished on August 22, 2025.

The Ingham County Drain Commissioner works to switch storm drains in Webberville.

Crews say throughout building, W. Grand River Highway shall be open to visitors in each instructions; nonetheless, the pace restrict shall be lowered to 25 mph within the work zone.

The Ingham County Drain Commissioner says there shall be no left turns allowed both onto or from W. Grand River Highway.

This can have an effect on the turns onto and from Elm Avenue, S. Howard Avenue and Summit Avenue. Primary Avenue will stay open for each left and proper turns onto and from W. Grand River Highway.
