'LPD will aggressively search the shooter': Lansing mayor reacts to teen capturing

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Lansing Mayor Andy Schor condemned a Thursday night time capturing that left three youngsters wounded on Wilson Avenue, simply south of Capital Area Worldwide Airport.
