Angela Rayner has admitted she didn’t pay the correct amount of stamp obligation on the acquisition of her second dwelling and has referred herself to the impartial adviser on ministerial requirements.

She mentioned she pays what’s due, including: “I have today referred myself to the Independent Adviser on Ministerial Standards, and will provide him with my fullest cooperation and access to all the information he requires.”
