MSU backyard occasions helps college students decelerate, deal with stress

EAST LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Each Monday in September, the Beal Botanical Backyard and Campus Arboretum have hosted Mindfulness Mondays, permitting college students to decelerate amidst the busyness of their lives.
