Michigan group hosts meals drive to help WIC households throughout shutdown

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Tomorrow, the Michigan Households for Truthful Care will host an emergency provide meals drive at Debbie Stabenow Park to help households who depend on the Particular Supplemental Diet Program for Girls, Infants, and Kids (WIC).

The drop-off-only occasion begins at 1 p.m. on Friday. Mid-Michigan residents are inspired to donate child system, cereal, peanut butter, beans, canned meats, and canned vegetables and fruit.
