Kiss founding member Ace Frehley, the rock band’s unique lead guitarist, has died aged 74.
He handed away peacefully, surrounded by his household, in Morristown, New Jersey, his agent stated.
He had suffered a current fall.
An announcement from the rocker’s household stated they had been “completely devastated and heartbroken”.

New York-born Frehley was Kiss’s guitarist after they began in 1973.
The opposite members had been Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, and Peter Criss.
Like his bandmates, Frehley took on a comic book book-style persona on stage (he was generally known as “Spaceman”) and captivated audiences together with his elaborate make-up and smoke-filled guitar.
