LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A Southfield lady accused of submitting a number of fraudulent purposes for pandemic rental help was certain over Thursday to face trial in Ingham County Circuit Courtroom.

Mariah Davis, 33, waived her preliminary examination and can face expenses within the thirtieth Circuit Courtroom associated to the COVID Emergency Rental Help (CERA) program, Michigan Lawyer Basic Dana Nessel’s workplace introduced.
