LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Former Michigan public well being official Abdul El-Sayed has introduced he’ll run for the open U.S. Senate seat.

Based on the Related Press, El-Sayed ran for governor in 2018 as a progressive Democrat and was endorsed by Senator Bernie Sanders.
