A person has been arrested after a bow and arrow was present in his automotive parked close to the Home of Lords.
The suspect was apprehended at 6.15am on Wednesday 25 September within the neighborhood of the Friends automotive park, the Metropolitan Police stated.

He was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon, for breaching Critical Organised Crime and Police Act laws, and automobile interference.
