Beverly Hills-based The Company welcomes new Dallas recruits

Beverly Hills-based brokerage The Company has recruited a pair of high-earning luxurious brokers to its Dallas workplace, with the additions of each Courtney Michalek and Andrea Childress introduced by the agency on Instagram.

Husband-and-wife group Megan and Damon Williamson opened the workplace with about 50 brokers and workers in January 2023, and went on a recruiting blitz over its first six months that drew in the true property groups of Bret Whitfield, Grecia “GG” Garza and Francisco Rizo in addition to Realtor Eddie Wilbanks and 5 different luxurious brokers, executives mentioned. Michalek and Childress are solely the newest transplants.

Previously affiliated with Compass, Michalek ranked No. 69 in Dallas by gross sales quantity in 2023, based on RealTrends Verified, bringing in $14 million that 12 months. She was ranked No. 36 by sides that 12 months with a complete of 21 sides closed.

Childress involves The Company from the Frisco, Texas-based Monument Realty.
