A British man has died after being discovered on the backside of a elevate shaft whereas on vacation in Turkey.
Tyler Kerry, 20, a labourer from Basildon in Essex, was discovered on Friday on the lodge he was staying at in Antalya.
His uncle, Alex Worth, mentioned his nephew was found at 7am native time (4am UK time).
“I got a phone call from my sister and she just said that Tyler had been found in the lift shaft at the hotel,” Mr Worth mentioned.
“An ambulance team were attending to him but unfortunately they weren’t able to resuscitate him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.”
Mr Worth mentioned the household was “in the dark about what’s happened” however have been being supported by a consular official and a consultant from vacation firm TUI.
He mentioned Mr Kerry was a “lovely young man” and that he and his girlfriend Molly have been fascinated by transferring in collectively.

“They were very settled,” mentioned his uncle. “He was quite a mature young man for his age, very compassionate and kind, caring towards his family members and his younger siblings.”
