A Cambridge semiconductor firm has defied the powerful funding setting for early-stage companies by securing £16m to gasoline its enlargement.
Forefront RF is a fabless semiconductor firm which makes multi-band smartphones, wearable and Web of Issues-connected devics easier to design.
