(The Hill) — Elements of the Midwest and Northeast are experiencing poor air high quality Monday as smoke from Canadian wildfires drifts into the U.S.
The Nationwide Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) stated Monday in a social media put up that “#Smoke from Canadian #wildfires is continuing to bring #AirQuality Alerts to parts of the Upper Midwest and Northeast today.”
“There is also a #SlightRisk of severe #thunderstorms across parts of the High Plains this afternoon,” NOAA added.
