Final week Montenegro’s Minister of Justice stated he had determined the place Do Kwon could be extradited for his function within the Terra/Luna collapse. Nonetheless, earlier than his verdict was revealed, a shock attraction from Kwon threw yet one more spanner within the works.

Kwon filed the attraction on September 25 towards a Supreme Court docket ruling that befell six days earlier and dominated that the Minister of Justice, Bojan Božović, would resolve the place to extradite Kwon.

His attraction requested the suspension of his extradition proceedings, the Supreme Court docket’s verdict, and the decision-making of Božović. On October 18, in response to the request, Kwon’s extradition was paused by the Constitutional Court docket “until a final decision is made.”
