LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The NCAA has penalized Central Michigan College and 4 former soccer coaches for his or her roles within the Connor Stalions sign-stealing scandal. The college was handed a two-year probation and was fined $30,000, plus 1% of the full soccer finances.
