LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A lethal two-vehicle crash killed a 16-year-old lady in Howell Township on Monday.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Workplace stories that deputies had been dispatched to a two-vehicle crash on the intersection of Oak Grove Street and Grove Meadows Boulevard in Howell Township at round 9:57 p.m.
Following the preliminary investigation, the sheriff’s workplace says the 16-year-old lady from Howell was turning onto Oak Grove Street from Grove Meadows Boulevard in her 2014 Chevy Cruze when she was hit by a 2014 Dodge Charger, which was pushed by an 18-year-old from Howell.
The 16-year-old lady was thrown from her car and was pronounced useless on the scene by Livingston County EMS.
The sheriff’s workplace stories that the Dodge Charger went off the street and flipped in the course of the crash.
Deputies haven’t recognized both of the drivers concerned within the crash.
The sheriff’s workplace does say pace seems to be a contributing issue within the crash. The street remained closed for round 4 and a half hours for the investigation and clean-up.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Workplace Site visitors Security Bureau is investigating the crash.
