Delta, Windsor sheriff patrols is not going to be impacted by Eaton County cuts

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Whereas most areas of Eaton County will not have day patrols by the Eaton County Sheriff Division, Delta and Windsor Township patrols will proceed with out an influence.

Eaton County authorities confirmed Wednesday sheriff patrols for the county will likely be minimize starting December 1. However contracts with the county and two townships will preserve sheriff patrols on responsibility and on patrol regardless of the county’s looming monetary disaster.

Bailey says Delta Township pays the county $4,448,024 for companies throughout 2024 and 2025. The entire price to ship companies in Delta Township is $5,966,421. Bailey says neither quantity consists of administrative prices or expertise prices.
