Deputies: Man useless after home fireplace in Newaygo County

BEAVER TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A person died after a home fireplace in Newaygo County early Sunday, deputies stated.

Round 4:25 a.m., the Newaygo County Sheriff’s Workplace was known as to a house on W 7 Mile Street in Beaver Township that was on fireplace. Arriving deputies and firefighters pulled a 69-year-old man out of the home and tried to save lots of his life, however the man died on the scene, in keeping with the sheriff’s workplace.

A 69-year-old girl made it out of the home unhurt, deputies stated.

It’s not clear what induced the hearth, however the sheriff’s workplace is investigating together with a number of different regulation enforcement companies.
