LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A Detroit man will serve 15 months to twenty years in jail after admitting he was concerned in a legal enterprise that fueled a big auto theft ring, Michigan Legal professional Basic Dana Nessel introduced Friday.

Davonta Jones, 31, pleaded responsible to conducting a legal enterprise tied to a whole lot of auto thefts throughout southeast Michigan in 2024, the lawyer common’s workplace mentioned. The statewide investigation started in Might 2024.

Davion Tucker — sentenced in June 2024 after pleading responsible to 1 depend of conducting a legal enterprise (30 months to twenty years of incarceration)

Donovan Tucker — sentenced in Might 2024 after pleading responsible to 1 depend of conducting a legal enterprise (eight months of incarceration and three years of probation)

Timothy Bell — sentenced in July 2024 after pleading responsible to 1 depend of conducting a legal enterprise (34 months to twenty years of incarceration)

Jerry Burton — sentenced in February 2024 after pleading responsible to 1 depend of making an attempt to conduct a legal enterprise and two counts of receiving and concealing a stolen motorized vehicle (91 days of incarceration)

Omari Roetherford — sentenced in August 2024 after pleading responsible to 1 depend of receiving and concealing a stolen motorized vehicle (one 12 months of incarceration)

Braylen Inexperienced — sentenced in August 2024 after pleading responsible to conducting a legal enterprise (3 to twenty years of incarceration)

Joseph Doyle — sentenced in December 2024 after pleading responsible to 1 depend of conducting a legal enterprise (30 months of incarceration)

Zamarr Johnson — sentenced in March 2024 after pleading responsible to 1 depend of conducting a legal enterprise (3 to twenty years of incarceration)

Kevin Stevenson — sentenced in June 2024 after pleading responsible to 1 depend of conducting a legal enterprise (5 to twenty years of incarceration)

Desmond Wilson — sentenced in November 2024 after pleading responsible to 1 depend of conducting a legal enterprise and two counts of receiving and concealing a stolen motorized vehicle (18 months to twenty years of incarceration)

Dejohn Bush — sentenced in September 2024 after pleading responsible to 1 depend of conducting a legal enterprise (one 12 months of incarceration)
