
LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Direct care employees (DCWs), who help individuals with every day dwelling actions, are gathering in Lansing to carry a four-day convention that may spotlight the wants of business staff.
IMPART Alliance, an initiative led by Michigan State College that helps DCWs, stories that the convention comes as Michigan works to fill an estimated 15,000 positions.
Trade staff can have the chance to be taught new expertise, talk about points, and “strengthen their role as vital caregivers in their communities,” throughout the occasion.
