LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — On Veterans Day, Hillsdale Faculty hosted its twenty third annual Hillsdale County Veterans Corridor of Valor Awards Ceremony, inducting the late Sgt. First Class William “Bill” Butler Jr., a Hillsdale County sheriff’s deputy and Michigan Military Nationwide Guard veteran who was shot and killed in June throughout a site visitors cease.

Butler retired after serving over twenty years within the Michigan Military Nationwide Guard, having been deployed a number of instances in the course of the Iraq Conflict earlier than working as a recruiter.
