LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Michigan Lawyer Basic’s workplace says a Florida man has been arraigned on a cost for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old relative who lives in Hillsdale.
Within the 2-B District Courtroom in Hillsdale Vincent Allen Payne, 60, of Valrico, Fla., was arraigned on a First-Diploma Felony Sexual Conduct Cost.
