LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A 28-year-old man from Battle Creek on the run from legislation enforcement in Calhoun County was arrested Friday after a hunter within the woods noticed him and referred to as police.
In accordance with the Michigan State Police, a hunter from Emmet Township was out within the woods on the primary day of firearm deer season, when he noticed a person suspiciously taking a look at his ATV. After confronting the person, the hunter referred to as 911 to report suspicious exercise.
