A serial investor in shopper and retail companies is in talks to purchase a giant stake within the German Doner Kebab (GDK) chain because it seeks to advertise itself as a day-round vacation spot for hungry diners.

GDK is at the moment a part of Hero Manufacturers, a Glasgow-based incubator of meals and beverage ideas.

The chain, which is run by chief government Simon Wallis, will open its a hundred and fiftieth UK outlet subsequent month because it seeks to capitalise on a surge in demand.
